One of the best things I ever bought randomly for myself to start a new hobby. Best price for a starter instrument for someone who has no freaking clue.Initially there was an issue with getting the right tracking number but the seller answered all questions and clarified promptly. Coming all the way from China and although customs is a pain in the ass the package arrived miraculously fast. I was at first concerned because of all the customs tape and how soft and squishy the box was but the instrument didn't have a scratch save the 7th string slightly unfurled on the bridge.It came with a tuner, installed strings plus spares, and a soft padded carrying case. I'm having fun learning how to install my strings tie the knots and twist the peg ropes. It's really fun to customize. The default strings and peg pulls are all nylon and I had a hard time tuning to the notes in the tuner guide. The 7th string actually snapped but it's because it's the thinnest and I wasn't so gentle with the tuning... so I am in the process of buying silk thread and strings for more friction but one step at a time. I still don't regret this purchase because I take it I am bonding with the thing. Learning how to tie the bow knots and thread the pegs is essential no matter how you go about it no matter where this item is from. Looking up YouTube videos and getting the only English text book for the guqin by Juni L. Yeung is a must.Extremely satisfied!
