Outlast in 18 has excellent tension maintenance, is soft for a poly, is moderately powerful, and is very slick to promote great snapback. Check out Tennis Warehouse's string comparison guide--it gets very high marks. It's a spectacular string for poly crosses. As a full bed, it's "transparent"--highly predictable, no surprises. This isn't the string for you if you want a very dead response (such as Confidential gives you) or if you need a very soft string, but it's one of the absolute best choices if you want a middle-response string that lasts forever. Not the absolutely spinniest string--it's round, so it's not a high friction string that imparts extra spin on weak shots--but it's extremely good on spin if you are a hard hitter that can cause the strings to pocket and snap back. If you are a hard hitter (4.0+), you probably already know that at higher velocities, round strings bite as well as shaped strings, and snapback becomes the most important consideration. Very similar to Toroline Enso in this regard.
