I guess it’s my own fault. But I COULD SWEAR that the pictures showed fine tuners on all strings. They don’t. There was no bridge. Not on the instrument or in the case. I don’t know how to get a bridge for a 5 string viola. I can do violin. I can do viola. So I can’t tune it or play it. In essence - it’s useless to me without a bridge. I looked under the instrument - in the package with a cleaning cloth in the Rosin case ……. No Bridge.
