This is a fun ukulele to play and sing along with. The extra courses of strings in lower octaves sounds really nice. It's tone as an acoustic instrument is acceptable, it is all plywood after all so it doesn't really ring out, but I've heard worse. For the price and the fun it's an easy 5 stars though. Just don't think you're getting a high end ukulele for a low end price and you'll love it. The hardware is good too and the look of the slotted head is a winner. It just barely fits in a tenor gig-bag because of the large head stock, but it does fit. I think a baritone gig bag would be too big, so maybe a gig bag that fits a Yamaha Guitalele would work but I haven't checked.
