I needed some elastic cord to add to my homemade face masks, and this really worked out great. The cord is strong, and I'm confident it will last a long time. It's a little rough to the touch, so I was worried at first... but it actually feels fine when it's behind your ears. I would think this elastic cord would be great for all kinds of crafts. I'm happy with my purchase. :)After reading some other reviews, I see that people are trying to sew this cord in to their face masks. This would definitely NOT be the right elastic cord if you're wanting to sew it in. The masks I make call for a piece of looped elastic that you tie into a knot. Works GREAT for this! The knots hold tight and don't come undone! Definitely don't buy this if you're needing to sew it in.***Update*** After a month of use, this cord DOES start to stretch out. We found that our masks started to get loose after a while, so had to re-tie the knots to tighten them back up. It was disappointing, but I'm still happy enough overall with the cord.
